Terms & Conditions :

  1. Workmanship warranty would be 6 months from the date of order dispatched. Warranty includes stitching and alignment.
  2. Warranty does not include natural wear and tear, forceful damage of fabric/leather.
  3. Cleaning of sofa not included.
  4. Cancellation or return of product may not be possible in case of damage due to misuse, damage due to malfunctioning, product if tampered and in case of missing items.
  5. Please notify us of the damage/defect in product received within maximum of 24 hours of delivery, after which the complaint will not be entertained.
  6. Please notice that no changes with respect to modification of sofa/design/fabric change will be entertained after 24 hours of pick-up of sofa.
  7. 50% of the amount has to be paid in advance within 24 hours from the time of pick-up and remaining 50% after the work is complete.
  8. Delivery will be scheduled only after balance payment is made.
  9. Delivery will be scheduled 48 hours after receiving confirmation of the product by the customer.
  10. Payment will be accepted via semi-closed wallet(PAYTM, GOOGLE PAY,PHONEPE), Net banking, IMPS, RTGS, Link(Razorpay, Instamojo).
  11. Debit/Credit card issued in India will be accepted.
  12. No credit facility will be provided under any circumstances.
  13. Minimum days to complete the work will be 7-9 working days. If there is any delay due to unforeseen reason, prior information shall be given.

Note:

The customer will have to pay 50% of total amount (advance) at the time of pickup and rest 50% of total amount before the delivery.

Your previous orders and transactions including the product and pricing details, the date of purchase, transaction information, payment history etc. Information from optional online surveys on our or third party sites which may include demographic information (like gender, age, income) as well as product and service preferences of users.


How does Sofaclinic utilize user or customer information?


We only collect user or customer information as required to conduct our business and to enable us to provide the best services to our users and customers. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties. User or customer information (as defined above) will be used as described below: User and customer information will be sharable with our subsidiaries, affiliates and partners which are also involved in delivering the service to you as a customer in your buying process. We use some of the user and customer information defined above to understand customer behaviour and thus offer better and more relevant experiences to you.
